Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays

All trash and garbage MUST be placed in a lidded container to comply with county ordinances. Trash days do not shift due to holidays.

Recycling is collected on Fridays.

For questions about what is accepted for recycling, or to order a blue recycling bin, please visit the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection website. Also not that recycling collection follows the county schedule, and usually shifts back a day when there are holidays during the week.

The Fallstone Homeowners Association (FHA) is managed by Abaris Realty. All FHA emergency matters during business hours can be directed to (301) 468-8919.

After hours, the answering machine will give an emergency number to dial.

The meetings of the Fallstone Homeowners Association (FHA) Board of Directors take place on the third Wednesday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 7:00 PM.

The Fallstone Homeowners Association (FHA) maintains a master casualty and liability insurance policy for the common area only. 

Homeowners should arrange privately to insure their property, home and personal liability.

The Fallstone Homeowners Association (FHA) arranges for the clearing and removal of snow from the streets in Fallstone as well as the common sidewalks. 

Snowplows will make a pass through the community after the first 2 inches of snow have fallen.

The FHA does NOT arrange for snow removal on your driveways or stairs.

As a general rule, any change to the outside appearance of your home requires approval of the Architectural Control Committee. 

Please note that painting any exterior part of the house the original colors does not require ACC approval.
